4. Code of Conduct

Participants must treat staff, trainers, customers, guests, and other dogs with respect.

Any dog behavioral issues or aggression, including bites to any human or other animal regardless of injury, must be reported to a store staff member before beginning training services or as soon as any incident occurs after training begins.

Failure to disclose prior or current dog behavioral issues may result in removal from services without a refund.

Harassment, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from services without a refund.

Dogs known to be ill or showing signs of illness should not attend classes, services, or events. Customers with dogs showing signs of illness may be asked to leave and may be required to provide proof of health from a qualified veterinarian before returning.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Zoom Room Huntersville services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dog training, group classes, socialization, agility activities, and related services.

These risks may include injury, illness, property damage, or loss involving you, your dog, other participants, other dogs, staff, or guests.

You agree that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own conduct and your dog’s conduct.
